HOW FIX THIS:

<<HOW TO FIX THIS>>

Into this section I will be posting solutions to those hard to resolve problems. I'd like to mention, if I tell you that was a hard to find solution, means was hard to find.

The first HOW TO FIX THIS article will be related to a crazy problem, here we go.

HOW FIX THIS: "Error 1719. Windows Installer services could not be accessed" OR “Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working”

One of the following errors may occur while Installing MS Office 2013 / 2016 at computers within a Domain, less often on computers that doesn’t have a domain:

  • "Error 1719. Windows Installer services could not be accessed"
  • “Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working”

“Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working”
“Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working”

The fix is the following:

1. Find and uninstall the Windows Update KB3139923.

2. Reboot the computer.

3. Download the Stand Alone installer for the Windows Update KB3072630 (There are 32 and 64 bit versions available, download the one your computer needs).

4. Once installed, reboot the computer. This update may take real long time to complete. If working on a laptop, connect it to the charger.

5. After the system is back, resume the Office installation, should be completing with no problems.

CLEAN SYSTEM, HAPPY SYSTEM

How often do you empty your computer's Recycle Bin?. . .  Once every month?!

Ok, let's talk about Hard Drive Disk space.

The HDD (Hard Drive Disk) it's a enclosed environment and the data inside couldn't escape easily. You may need either crash, cleanup, delete or send out the data within.Since HDD is enclosed, garbage tends to accumulate and accumulate and accumulate and accumulate and so on... So, eventually you'll receive a "Low Disk Space" notification.

Despiting the fact the "Low Disk Space" notification could be related with a bag application or program configuration, or even related to malware, is most likely related to a "bad user habits".

What does "bad user habits" means? Easy, never empty the Recycle Bin, never run a Disk Cleanup, never delete old Downloaded Files, never remove unused Desktop Shortcuts or very old not used Programs.
